For those who are new to the science of implementation, we recommend watching "Introduction to Implementation Science: What is it, & why should I care?" presented by Mark S. Bauer, MD at the University of Washington, Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Grand Rounds on March 4, 2016.
You may also wish peruse The Society for Implementation Research Collaboration (SIRC) D & I Introductory Resources for Novices, for a compilation of key papers, books and videos on the topic. The Society for Implementation Research Collaboration (SIRC) is a society dedicated to facilitating communication and collaboration between implementation research teams, researchers, and community providers. Anyone interested in implementation of Evidence Based Psychosocial Interventions (EBPIs) is welcome to join SIRC.
